"It's not a job for women, it's a man's world"

This will not be the case for much longer, "as from 2026, an EU directive will come into force, which will limit the difference in pay to 5% for the job, function or skill group in question," said Nóra Kudari, Vice President of Women in Technology Hungary, evaluating the research.
