KPMG strengthens with new HR Director

Anikó Hinterstein will be the new HR Director of KPMG Hungary as of 1 September 2025; she comes with more than 20 years of HR experience, having previously worked at Magyar Telekom and PwC.

Anikó Hinterstein is a professional with considerable experience. She started her professional career at Magyar Telekom, where she worked for more than 20 years in various HR areas - in organizational development, as HR Business Partner, recruitment, employer branding and talent management manager, and as HR consultant in the global HR team of Deutsche Telekom. He joins the KPMG team from PwC, where he was actively involved in shaping the firm's HR strategy and supporting the business areas as head of the practice.



He is a leader, mathematician, economist, and certified labour law consultant with a strong commitment to KPMG's values. He holds a degree in HR consulting from Erasmus University Rotterdam.



The new HR manager is also active in the professional public life: he teaches at the Metropolitan University and Széchenyi István University. She also takes social responsibility to heart, and supports the work of the Kikapcs Foundation as a member of the Board of Trustees.
