Citibank appoints Krisztina Pusztai as HR Director
Krisztina Pusztai has worked at Citi for more than 10 years.
From March, Krisztina Pusztai will lead Citibank's HR activities in Hungary and oversee the effective implementation of the company's HR strategy in the local organisation, which employs more than 3,000 people, including employees of the banking business and the Citi Solutions Center (CSC) in Budapest, which serves the Group's various countries.
Krisztina has 30 years of HR experience, of which more than 20 years have been spent in management positions in the service center sector. She has been working at Citi for more than 10 years, the last two years as HR Manager of the Budapest Service Center (CSC) and Head of Employee Relations for Central Europe.
Krisztina graduated from the Faculty of Economics of the University of Miskolc and holds a Master's degree from the Faculty of Law of Eötvös Lóránd University.
